With the purchase of three dated apartment complexes, all primely located throughout Lubbock, the Owner came to Halo with a goal to rebrand and reinfuse the complexes with contemporary designs and materials. Upon evaluation of the properties, it was clear the exteriors would need major updates. Halo’s design team got to work delineating a scope that would maximize the Owner’s budget while meeting their project goals.

To tie the projects together for branding purposes, Halo set the material palette early on. Using vertical metal panels and pre-finished lap siding at all three properties and highlighting main entries with manufactured stone veneer at the Lakes property. Halo also used similar design elements at each facility to bring all the buildings a fresh look and feel. The renovations will help the Owner attract more tenants that work in the areas surrounding the properties.
